Job Description:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and impact-driven Senior Product Manager to own and lead the CURAEAdvocate product line. CURAEAdvocate is designed to support uninsured and underinsured patients in accessing funding for Health Insurance Exchange plans, free drug programs, co-pay assistance, diagnosis-based aid, and social assistance offered by pharmaceutical companies and charitable organizations. This role presents an incredible opportunity to define a new category of products from the ground up—with real, measurable value delivered to patients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy
- Define and own the roadmap for the CURAEAdvocate product suite.
- Conduct market, competitive, and user research to validate product opportunities.
- Identify and prioritize new features and programs based on business impact, patient benefit, and provider ROI.
Product Development & Lifecycle Management
- Lead cross-functional squads through all stages of product development, from discovery through delivery and optimization.
- Define MVPs and iterate based on customer feedback and market demands.
- Manage product lifecycle, including launching new features, scaling successful ones, to sunsetting unsuccessful ones.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with engineering, design, data analytics, operations, sales, and implementation teams to deliver solutions that are technically feasible, compliant, and delightful to use.
- Work closely with marketing to support go-to-market and launch planning.
Customer and Market Focus
- Regularly engage with end-users, providers, and advocacy partners to understand needs and pain points.
- Translate insights into actionable product features and enhancements.
- Use KPIs and OKRs to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
Regulatory and Compliance Management
- Ensure all products meet healthcare regulatory and compliance standards, including HIPAA, PCI, and other relevant local or international standards.
- Work with legal, security, and compliance teams to ensure products are developed and marketed in line with regulations, including data privacy and cybersecurity.
Team Mentorship
- Serve as a thought leader and mentor to other PMs and cross-functional peers.
- Opportunity to manage a team within 12–24 months, depending on performance and organizational needs.
Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the voice of the product to internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver clear, data-informed updates on progress, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare IT.
- Proven ability to launch and scale complex health IT solutions.
- Strong grasp of Agile product development methodologies and tools.
- Experience working with EHRs, patient access and revenue cycle platforms, or patient financial advocacy is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
Attributes for Success
- Value-Focused: Obsessed with delivering outcomes over shipping outputs.

- Sharp Problem Solver: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving high-stakes problems with creativity and speed.
- Mission-Aligned: Passionate about improving healthcare affordability and access.
