The Regional Education & Enablement Manager is responsible for driving client engagement, referral generation, and program adoption through a combination of onsite education, virtual learning initiatives, and patient advocacy support.
This role serves as Curae regional education and enablement leader, partnering with healthcare organizations to ensure staff understand Curae programs, are equipped to identify referral opportunities, and can effectively guide patients toward coverage solutions when appropriate.
The Regional Education & Enablement Manager will deliver onsite hospital education, virtual training programs, and targeted outreach campaigns, while also supporting patients in understanding and enrolling in ACA Marketplace coverage when applicable. This role combines client engagement, insurance advocacy, and education program leadership to expand patient access to coverage and strengthen hospital partnerships. We’re looking for a professional comfortable working in the field with healthcare teams and directly with patients, while also executing scalable education and referral-generation strategies.
• Implement regional education strategies aligned with Curae national education and client success goals.
• Deliver onsite and virtual education programs for hospital staff including financial counselors, patient access teams, case managers, and administrative leadership.
• Train healthcare teams on Curae program workflows, referral identification, and patient engagement best practices.
• Develop educational resources, presentations, and training materials tailored to hospital partners.
• Partner with the National Director of Education & Enablement to ensure consistent messaging and scalable learning frameworks across regions.
• Serve as Curae primary regional education presence within partner healthcare systems.
• Conduct regular onsite visits to hospitals and healthcare facilities to support staff education and program adoption.
• Build strong working relationships with patient access, financial counseling, revenue cycle, and care management teams.
• Identify operational barriers to program utilization and implement education-driven solutions.
• Support regional client success leaders with engagement initiatives and program optimization efforts.
• Work directly with eligible patients to educate them on health coverage options, including Affordable Care Act Marketplace plans.
• Assist patients in understanding eligibility requirements, plan options, and enrollment pathways when appropriate.• Serve as a trusted patient advocate, helping individuals navigate complex healthcare
coverage decisions.
• Collaborate with hospital financial counseling teams to ensure patients are directed toward appropriate coverage and financial support resources.
• Ensure all patient interactions comply with applicable regulatory and ethical enrollment standards.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase referral volume through education initiatives and client engagement.
• Identify referral opportunities within existing healthcare partner relationships.
• Equip hospital teams with tools, messaging, and resources that encourage consistent referral behavior.
• Partner with regional client success leadership to support referral growth across healthcare facilities.
• Track and report referral conversion metrics and engagement outcomes.
• Design and deliver engaging virtual education sessions, including webinars, live demonstrations, and workshops.
• Maintain a consistent calendar of virtual education events to support ongoing referral generation and partner engagement.
• Tailor educational presentations for different audiences, including hospital staff, referral partners, and program stakeholders.
• Develop supporting educational materials, slide decks, and follow-up resources.
• Collaborate with marketing and client success teams to promote education initiatives through targeted outreach and email campaigns.
• Segment audiences to ensure relevant and personalized messaging.
• Contribute content and messaging aligned with referral growth and education goals.
• Support client surveys and engagement feedback initiatives.
• Maintain documentation of education activities, outreach efforts, and referral activity within CRM systems.
• Track key engagement metrics including: Training participation, Referral generation, Program adoption, and Patient education and coverage assistance.
• Analyze performance data to refine education strategies and outreach approaches.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to the National Director of Education & Enablement and Client Success leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3–7 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Healthcare client engagement, Patient financial services, Healthcare education or training, Insurance navigation, or patient advocacy, and Business development or referral growth
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills across both in-person and virtual environments
• Experience working with hospital teams, including patient access, financial counseling, or revenue cycle
• Familiarity with ACA Marketplace coverage options or health insurance enrollment processes
• Experience using CRM systems and engagement analytics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel regularly to healthcare facilities within an assigned region
• Certified Application Counselor (CAC) or experience assisting with ACA Marketplace enrollment
• Experience working with hospital financial assistance programs or coverage pathways
• Background in healthcare consulting, payer programs, or healthcare partnerships
