Job Description:

As a Marketing Manager reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will create, manage marketing programs to achieve marketing and sales goals, specifically the brand image/awareness, demand generation, and 1-1 sales development tools and support. Projects are defined for the marketing manager to design and execute, measure results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take goals, direction to then design, execute demand generation campaigns supporting solution platform goals.
  • Take goals, direction to then design, execute industry events participation to achieve assigned goals (tradeshows, B2B events).
  • Design and execute Curae Signature events to achieve goals (e.g. Customer User/Education Conference).
  • Design, execute and manage web presence and structure to achieve assigned goals.
  • Manage Mar-Com with direction, including PR/Advtg/web/social
  • Analyze and produce reports for management of all marketing programs.
  • Analyze competitors and maintain competitor library/content for supporting marketing strategies and sales tactics.
  • Work effectively with direct manager and company function leaders in developing new business development strategies and tactics for faster growth.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures concerning business development processes, contracting, legal documents governing PHI and relationships and other matters.

Scope:

Manage and achieve goals for the brand image, demand generation, and supporting sales in closing opportunities. All Curae solutions, Curae enterprise brand.

Required Experience:

Minimum 3 years working in B2B healthcare RCM software/service business. Marcom role. Managed tradeshows participation/exhibiting, conferences speaking proposals, website analysis and updates, social media updates.

Skills:

  • Competency with marketing and sales automation (SF, HubSpot or others).
  • Advanced communication skills verbally and written.
  • Organization, planning, scheduling.
  • Microsoft office package, LinkedIn and social media tools.
