Job Description:
As a Director of Project Management, you will manage the team of project managers to implement the Curae Patient Financial Access suite of products. You will collaborate with Curae stakeholders to improve the efficiency of product implementations and oversee strategic internal operational efficiency projects. The ideal candidate has experience working within a PMO and can create, monitor, and manage all project deliverables. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills and the ability to inform and influence the Curae management team and platform partner leaders and create consistent visibility to the ongoing portfolio of projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Curae product implementation teams (insurance discovery and recovery, Medicare underpayment recovery, insurance sponsorship, drug assistance programs, philanthropic aid, payment processing, and patient financing).
- Develop dashboard-level reporting for internal stakeholders on ongoing project status and risks.
- Develop and mentor emerging project management resources.
- Collaborate with partner project teams to assess implementation support requirements and promote Curae implementation methodology.
- Ability to create new project plans, milestones, and project deliverables for new and emerging products.
- Collaborate with leadership to confirm implementation objectives, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, Customer Service, IT, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing) to gather requirements and align project goals.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation to the implementation team to address risks in a timely manner.
- Hold regular internal project review meetings to track progress, address issues, and manage expectations with internal stakeholders.
Experience:
- A BS/BA degree in a related discipline (e.g., Engineering, Management, or something similar) is strongly preferred.
- PMP or similar
- Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle technology preferred.
- Client-facing project management.
- Experience with EHRs is preferred (i.e., Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.)
- 10+ years of experience in related fields (i.e., change management, process improvement, project management, technical operations).
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with teams.
- Experienced in data and process flow diagramming.
- Experienced in creating project management tools and dashboards and automating task management.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
