Job Description:

As a Business Analyst reporting to the Director of implementations, you will be working with client success and technology to develop business processes. You will collaborate with Curae stakeholders to improve the efficiency of the current product offerings and prepare for additional product offerings at scale. Understanding our customer workflows will be key to role execution. The ideal candidate has excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and can troubleshoot data files and APIs. Curae is a fun and fast-paced environment that provides for creativity and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as liaison between client success and technology to assist in data file delivery and management, product requirements gathering, and QA.
  • Support Client Success Executives in QBR/MBR reporting.
  • Lead payment posting design sessions
  • Lead product QA efforts to ensure technical readiness, client expectations, and training needs.
  • Assist in Level 2 Issues resolution.
  • Project Manage ongoing internal initiatives that support client delivery and scale.
  • Assist in gathering requirements for implementations and new product development.
  • Support sales and client success in complex sales cycles.

Experience:

  • A BS/BA degree in a related discipline is strongly preferred (i.e., Engineering, Management, or something similar).
  • Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle technology preferred.
  • Client-facing project management
  • Experience with EHRs preferred (i.e., Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience in related fields (i.e., change management, process improvement, project management, technical operations).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with teams.
  • Experienced in data and process flow diagramming
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
