This role ensures exceptional patient financial engagement, manages a team of call center representatives, and drives operational excellence in a healthcare finance environment. The Lead EBO Call Center Manager will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Sales Engineer
As a Sales Engineer reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will support the sales team to drive business growth. The goal is to move prospects through the buying stages/gates with greater speed and success rate. The role will bring an outside-in perspective and help us take our solution story to the market. By understanding customer needs, technical ecosystems, and market forces, and by providing technical information about our solutions and their deployment with health systems for the customer’s win.

Marketing Manager
As a Marketing Manager reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will create and manage marketing programs to achieve marketing and sales goals, specifically the brand image/awareness, demand generation, and 1-1 sales development tools and support. Projects are defined for the marketing manager to design, execute, and measure results.
