Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst reporting to the Director of implementations, you will be working with client success and technology to develop business processes. You will collaborate with Curae stakeholders to improve the efficiency of the current product offerings and prepare for additional product offerings at scale. Understanding our customer workflows will be key to role execution. The ideal candidate has excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and can troubleshoot data files and APIs.
Client Success Executive
As a Client Success Executive reporting to the Director of Client Success, you will manage key client stakeholder relationships and ensure the value realization of the Curae Patient Financial Access Platform. The role demands a deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement, payer requirements, and compliance regulations, ensuring clients optimize their financial performance and reduce inefficiencies within their revenue cycle by leveraging the Curae platform. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills and can indirectly manage client and partner resources and identify risks to the Curae program.
Director of Project Management
As a Director of Project Management, you will manage the team of project managers to implement the Curae Patient Financial Access suite of products. You will collaborate with Curae stakeholders to improve the efficiency of product implementations and oversee strategic internal operational efficiency projects. The ideal candidate has experience working within a PMO and can create, monitor, and manage all project deliverables. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills and the ability to inform and influence the Curae management team and platform partner leaders and create consistent visibility to the ongoing portfolio of projects.
Project Management
As a Project Manager reporting to the Director, PMO/Implementations, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of all Curae products. You will collaborate with Curae stakeholders to improve the efficiency of the current project plan and implementation deliverables. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills and can indirectly manage client and partner resources and identify timeline and project scope risks.
VP of Product
As a VP of Product reporting to the CEO, you will lead the execution of the product vision, strategy, and prioritization of the Curae Patient Financial Access platform. This includes defining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and sales pipeline, managing product teams, and collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders. The VP of Product will synthesize and drive innovation, prioritize features, ensure that products meet regulatory standards, and support healthcare organizations in improving cash and lowering bad debt expenses.
