Role Overview

The Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting the performance, scalability, and continuous improvement of Curae’s products and operational workflows.

This role partners closely with Product, Operations, Engineering, and Finance teams to analyze product usage, validate workflows, support quality assurance, and evaluate financial and transactional activity. The Senior Business Analyst helps ensure Curae’s products operate reliably, efficiently, and in alignment with business goals.

This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working across data, systems, and stakeholders in a fast-growing healthcare technology environment.


Key Responsibilities

Business & Product Analysis

  • Analyze key performance metrics related to product usage and operational workflows
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve product and operational performance
  • Develop and maintain reporting that provides visibility into product health and outcomes
  • Present insights and recommendations to product and business stakeholders

Workflow Validation & Quality Assurance

  • Support validation of end-user workflows across Curae’s platforms
  • Participate in QA efforts for new features, enhancements, and configuration changes
  • Identify and document gaps between expected and actual system behavior
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to support issue resolution

Financial & Transactional Analysis

  • Analyze transactional and financial data associated with Curae’s products
  • Support reconciliation and investigation of variances or anomalies
  • Assist in identifying operational or product-related financial risks
  • Partner with Finance and Operations teams to support accurate and scalable processes

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Management to support data-informed decision-making
  • Partner with Operations teams to analyze and address recurring issues
  • Provide analytical support for product enhancements and process improvements
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives focused on scale and efficiency

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Help define and standardize metrics, reporting definitions, and documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, monitoring, and validation processes
  • Support the evolution of Curae’s analytics and operational capabilities as the platform grows

Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in business analysis, product analytics, or operations roles
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working directly with data (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools)
  • Experience supporting or analyzing software platforms
  • Ability to understand and evaluate end-to-end workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, fintech, or payments environments
  • Familiarity with transactional or financial data analysis
  • Exposure to QA, product support, or release validation processes
  • Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams
